There are a number of ways to lodge genuine complaints with the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) of the Prime Minister's Department.
You can do it by the follow methods:
1) Lodge complaint online at http://www.pcb.gov.my
2) By stamp-free 'snail' mail
3) Visit PCB Kuching office at Biro Pengaduan Awan Negeri Sarawak, Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Tingkat 5, Bangunan Bank Negara Malaysia, Jalan Satok, 93400 Kuching (082-415004) .
If you are not happy with any government department performance or services you can make use of the above information to lodge your complaint.
