If you are having problem accessing to your home or friend's or office wireless internet connection with error message of "limited connection/access".
May be it is time for you to make some changes to your notebook setting as follows:
Click Control Panel --> Network and Internet --> Network and sharing centre --> Local Area Connection --> Properties --> Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) --> tick the round button of "Use the following IP address" then the following:
IP address : 192.168.1.123 (check if your first 3 is 192.168.1 from your modem setup if not change to what your modem have) last one can be anything between 2 to 254)
Subnet is 255.255.255.0
Default gateway likely 192.168.1.1 (check what your modem setting is)
Next click on the round button of "Use the following DNS server address":
Prferred DNS Server: 202.188.0.133
Alternate DNS Server: 202.188.1.5
